Over the past incredible year, Triple Crown has experienced massive growth and expansion. Our organization continues to embrace change while harnessing ADAPTABILITY, one of our core values. We increased our revenue by 35% over 2020 and enhanced our client roster by 63%. Since our establishment in 2004, Triple Crown has aggressively expanded our geographic footprint, successfully making our mark on a national scale.

Durham and Nashville Openings

We are excited to share that we will be expanding to Durham, North Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee on October 3rd taking our office total to 7 nationally. The Nashville office will be led by Site Lead Alexia Lussier and Recruiting Division Lead, Meghan Yahner. The Durham, North Carolina office will be our first specialized recruiting branch led by Site Lead, Deion Raney. In October, we plan to strengthen our internal team by adding Technical Recruiters and Account Managers who are eager to learn and grow with the organization. We are excited to dive into these new markets and build more partnerships.

Office Development and Expansions

In addition to the Durham and Nashville expansions, Triple Crown has invested in additional office space for potential new employees in our western region. In July, Phoenix added 15 new seats, Costa Mesa will be adding 20 this October, and San Jose will complete the expansion by adding an additional 20 to their office in November. We also recently made the list of Staffing Industry Analysts Fastest Growing Staffing Firms of 2022. This high volume of growth reinforces our ability to achieve our business goals.

As an organization, Triple Crown continues to reach new milestones and establish more growth for our internal team, clients, and candidates. As of September 2022, we surpassed $100 million in yearly sales for the first time as an organization. We are on pace to grow in revenue by 55% over 2021 which will ensure we remain on SIA’s list. We are extremely proud of our team’s commitment and dedication without which Triple Crown would not be where it is today.  Our ability to constantly adapt and reinvent ourselves keeps us ahead of market demands and will continuously enable our explosive growth.
