We are excited to announce that Triple Crown is expanding to Durham, North Carolina and will be opening October 3rd. Deion Raney, Recruiting Lead in Phoenix, Arizona, will be the first employee to lead Triple Crown’s specialized recruiting branch “I am excited because it is something new for the company that Triple Crown hasn’t done, and I’m really looking forward to this opportunity.” Deion says. 

After graduating from the University of Mary Washington with his degree in Business Marketing, Deion left his hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia to begin his recruiting career in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to starting at Triple Crown, Deion gained experience working as a Recruiter and as an Account Manager for another staffing agency in government administration.  

When Deion was hired at Triple Crown, he began as an Account Manager in 2018, then transitioned to a Technical Recruiter two years later. His high performance led to his first promotion as Recruiting Coach in April 2020 and then rose to Team Lead in 2021. “I have enjoyed the culture here at Triple Crown.” Deion says. “Being a former athlete, I love the competition, and I have always been told I’d perform well in a leadership role. I enjoy coaching and sharing with people what I have learned.”
