We’re excited to announce that Charissa Ho has joined Triple Crown as our new Director of Technical Programs. With more than 20 years of experience in engineering and program management, Charissa brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to our team.

As a mechanical engineer with a career rooted in the aerospace industry, she has worked for leading commercial aerospace companies in the US.

Throughout her career, Charissa has served as both a Project Engineer and Program Manager, overseeing complex technical programs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with precision. Her track record of receiving recognition as a high performer speaks to her commitment to excellence.

At Triple Crown, Charissa will be managing all technical programs, supporting proposals, and driving the success of our engineering services initiatives. She will also work closely with our leadership team to grow client partnerships.
